I created this site because so many people ask me what I eat and why. People follow me on Facebook and Instagram but want recipes for what I make. If you’ve made it here via either of those sites, welcome to the party.
What you can expect from me is once weekly posts containing:
- At least one recipe from the many meals I’ve posted to Instagram during the past week
- Updates regarding upcoming workshops or events
- Insights from my previous week – nutritional, fitness, or even just motivational
Sunday morning is my intended post time. Be sure to sign up to receive these via email so you can save all the recipes as they come to you. I am always open to requests so please feel free to make them.
